We traveled on from 'Bash on the Farm' Festival to a spot in northern Iowa called Lake Okiboji. We visited Light of the Lakes church for a concert. The next morning I was determined to walk down to the lake before getting into the van again. There's something about getting out in nature and smelling flowers that simply rejuvinates me... | Jul 6, 2010 |

Just home from tour, and I'm unpacking my suitcase. The many miles we traveled wore out all the clothes I brought with me. We love the Midwest! Good hospitality, and a small town feeling wherever we are keep us going back.
We fit a lot of stops into the 10 days, driving over 2,500 miles... | Jul 1, 2010 |

In a few weeks we're packing up and hitting the road for our summer tour! We're stopping in four great states: Iowa, Minnesota, South Dakota and Nebraska. A few years back, we were in Nebraska and had we finished a concert in a lovely church near a few corn fields. The hospitality and warm welcome of the people there were so amazing... | Jun 9, 2010 |

Hey Everybody!
I'm basking in the warmth of a sunny day (finally) in Colorado. We've had snow this week, and I'm anxious to get the summer going. Elissa and I have been traveling so much this year and we're only in April! We've landed in Florida, Mississippi, Tennessee, Arkansas and next week we'll stop in our old home state of....Texas. I spent the first 11 years of my life there. You can't beat their BBQ and Tex-Mex food... | Apr 9, 2010 |

We're finally home for a few weeks after traveling the country playing at festivals like Creation East and West, Spirit West Coast, Atlanta Fest, not to mention 2 weeks in the United Kingdom! We had an incredible time this summer, and in our MEDIA section there are tons of new pics to catalog it. Click MEDIA then PICTURE GALLERY.
Over all, our favorite times were hearing how the songs have touched your life in some way. Whether it's "Legacy", "My Adoration" or others, hearing your personal stories keeps up going. The 2,000 miles we'd drive in a single week on tour becomes a meaningful experience when God touches lives through our music.

We returned home with loads of our favorite tea and biscuits after our 5th UK Tour this week. We also came back with a lovely case of jet lag, which if you have experienced before, makes you want to eat at all the wrong times.
We had a fantastic time with the guys of Third Day when we opened for them in the heart of London. The crowd was stunning as the line circled around the large theater with people waiting for the doors to open. We heard that some had even come by train from Holland. “My Adoration” was one of the songs we played that night...

Following huge radio airplay success of radio singles “My Adoration” (#2 CRW INSPO, #4 R&R INSPO, 417 Stations) and “Edge of My Seat” (#1 CRW IAA Chart – 3 Weeks, 174 Stations), the duo has just released their 3rd single “More Than I Think I Am” to AC/INSPO formats with enthusiastic response. Early radio adds from 42 stations include Family Life Communications Network of stations and XM Satellite Radio.
Dave Purin, PD at CRW INSPO reporter WHCB (Bristol, TN) said, “The Sonflowerz came by our station last week and that was a real treat for us! I have to confess when I first got their CD I didn't really listen to it. But I kept hearing about them from CRW and so my GM and I sat down and listened. We were blown away! I am now a Sonflowerz convert! I'm loving the new Sonflowerz single "More Than I Think I Am." I can't get it out of my head and that's a good thing!”
"More Than I Think I Am" especially talks to women, and those who struggle with their identity in Christ. As the song hits airwaves across the U.S., The Sonflowerz are excited to see the impact its having on people. "If this song touches just one life, it's worth it all to us," says Becca of The Sonflowerz. "When we see what God sees in us, our hearts are transformed and we become the people God has created us to be."

"The Sonflowerz wrote all of their songs, either on their own or in collaboration with others, and their heartfelt lyrics are outstanding. A couple tracks are so authentically worshipful that they could be incorporated in your praise set list – you can even download chord charts for them on the Sonflowerz website (“My Adoration” and “Cover Us”). All Over The World is a gorgeously inventive record, perhaps their strongest studio release yet.
A relaxing listen with authentic lyrics, All Over The World is a varied record with a couple gems you can pull out for your own Sunday service.” -Worship Leader Magazine
